Our core services include:
Enjoy congregate meals onsite or drive-thru/takeout meals. Home-delivered meals are available for those with limited mobility.
Health Maintenance
Access foot care, blood pressure checks, and blood sugar screenings to help you stay on top of your health.
Outreach Services
Personalized support for older adults and their families, including help navigating community programs and services.
Assistive Medical Equipment
Borrow medical equipment to improve mobility and safety.
Life Enrichment Activities
Participate in guest speaker sessions, live entertainment, educational programs, movies, games, puzzles, and more.
Shuttle Services
Transportation to and from AgeWell Center and home.
Rural Services
We extend meals, outreach, and health maintenance services to seniors in rural communities of Burleigh County.
