Nutrition Program

Nourish your body, fuel your life.

Eating well is a key ingredient to aging well—and our Nutrition Program is here to help. From balanced meals to helpful tips on healthy eating, we make good nutrition simple, satisfying, and social. Whether you’re dining with us, picking up a meal to enjoy at home, or having a meal delivered, you’ll find food that supports your health, energy, and independence. Because every bite is a step toward living well at every age.

We offer:

Congregate Meals provided in a group setting with an opportunity for socializing with others. Congregate meals are available Monday through Friday in the AgeWell Center’s Connection Café.

Drive Thru/Take Out Meals available to those who choose not to participate in a congregate setting. These meals may be picked up by the client, or a family member, friend, case manager, etc. Drive-thru/Take-out meals are available Monday through Friday at the AgeWell Center or Crescent Manor in Bismarck.

Home-delivered Meals (hot or frozen) provided to clients within Burleigh County. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday within Bismarck City limits and weekly outside of city limits. *See HDM eligibility/requirements for more information.

Frozen Meals available for weekends and evenings. Flash frozen at the AgeWell Center, they are a great alternative to those found in the grocery store. Call for more information.

Mail-Order Meals available to clients in need of a medically-tailored meal or for those living in the rural areas of Burleigh County. Mail-Order Meals are made fresh and shipped directly to your home. After your initial shipment of meals, you can choose which meals you receive.
